Description
Cecelia is given a promise by God from reading the Scriptures that it was going to rain. On a bright, sunny day, she dresses up in a rain coat, water boot and takes her umbrella in preparation for the rain. Her friend, Grace, thinks she is crazy. Will Cecelia’s faith produce the desired result or is she really crazy?
