Now with that out of the way, lets talk:
I find it necessary to protect myself under these conditions simply because I have learnt that there are many dishonest Christians around. I think I have enough experience to make that statement, so as a cautionary measure to protect me as the playwright and you as an honest individual…I recommend that you pay real close attention to the restrictions granted with the use of this play.
If you intend to produce this play, you must first Contact Me and let me know of its intended use and the date (s) of performance (s). DO NOT produce this play without my consent as this will be considered a violation of the Conditions of Use.
If you are a non-profitable church or organization who wishes to use this play, there will be no charge providing that you DO NOT charge an admission fee.
If, on the other hand, an admission fee will be charged, the playwright is due a set fee of $25.00, which is an estimated Royalty amount based on the average amount collected for a ONE night performance. This payment can be made at any time after downloading the play…but will be due within fourteen days of the close of the performance (s). If at the close of the show and the tally is made you find that the royalty payment falls below 10% of what was collected, let me know and I’ll lower the cost. Fair Enough? You can pay with your Credit Card, US Bank Account or Send International Money Order or Check (See Payment Links in Right Column).
