BUS STOP, BEGGARS & BORN AGAIN CHRISTIANS

'Be careful how you entertain strangers, for in doing so some have entertained angels unaware.'

We live in a world being increasingly populated by homeless people. These we often ignore, or simply cross to the other side of the road. Yet, if we examined carefully the life of Jesus...he never ignored these people, as a matter of fact there are scriptures dedicated to these people as Jesus declared that...

'whatever we do for the very least of these, we do for Him.'

That forms the foundation of this play. At the end we may be forced to look at the less fortunate and those deemed insane in a brand new light --- the light of the gospel.

The Story...

This short play takes place at a Bus Stop, but not just any bus stop. At this particular one people are afraid to venture there because beggars have been using it as a shelter. It is Sunday Morning and George and his sister decides to stop there and wait for a bus as they were late for church and wanted to be at an advantage to everyone else who uses the other bus stops further up the road. Not long after their arrival, they learn of a secret ministry being conducted by someone very close to them. 

The Conclusion...

In the end George learns a very powerful lesson he (nor the audience) is soon to forget.
