This play takes place during the holiday season and
focuses on life outside the four walls of the Church....It
demonstrates the importance of being a witness for God, not just at the
altar, but also at work, home and on the streets. It also examines how
accepting Christ can affect our lives, our
relationships and the rewards and consequences that follow the
decisions that we make.
Tod
has only been a Christian for one year, and everyone he works with,
including his boss, knows this...but Tod's priorities are set a little
differently from the others. He wants time to do God's work, but his job
also demands the same time. His boss is not pleased and calls him into a
meeting giving him an ultimatum but not before voicing his disgust at
anyone who would give their lives to God.
Tod
eventually decides to leave and it is this decision that will cause
Macho to start thinking seriously about God, eventually giving his life
to him. But salvation for Macho comes with a price...
In
the end, Macho and other Christians are raptured away and those left
behind will finally see the truth.
